'Les Olives' is light and airy and perfect for summer living but is equally cosy in winter with wood burning open fireplace and underfloor heating. The living area is open-plan but 'divided' into different areas.

Living Rooms: Very spacious, tiled open-plan living area with centrally located open wood-burning fireplace, TV, sound system, and DVD and dining table for 10 people .

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite shower and French doors to orchard.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, doors to terrace.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and roll-away pop up single bed.
Bedroom 4 with 3 twin beds - excellent children's dormitory or family room.
There is a further 5th bedroom (The Owner's Studio) with ensuite shower and wc available by request, for an additional £200 GBP per week.

Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, wc.
Bathroom with bath/shower, double basin, wc.
Separate wc.

Kitchen: Large, fully equipped, open-plan fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double sink, toaster.

Utility Room: Storage utility room with washer and tumble dryer.

Electricity: charged seperately between 1st November & 2nd April.
